It’s a hard thing to figure out what to say. My dad Jeff passed this morning. He loved playing music, smoking the ganja, his rescue dogs, baseball, his family, but his greatest love was for Lori. He was so broken hearted when she died. His health declined rapidly. My hope is that they are reunited in the afterlife and happy. I love you Daddy.
Jeff was my friend for over 55 years. He was a kind, loving and gentle man with a wonderful sense of humor and musical talent. The true meaning of his life was for love of friends and family moreover his love for his bride Lori who was a true Angel. After she passed away nothing else really mattered for Jeff to keep on playing life’s game. He is with Lori now in the eternity of God’s loving light. Good bye old friend, Steve M.
ReplyDeleteJeff was my first coworker at Smitty’s Bakery, inside Hughes Market. Back then I’d hang with Jeff as a roadie on his Up With People gigs, riding shotgun in the classic Corvair and later the Ford Econoline van. Always remember him as a great friend, the best to his family.
