Marilyn Peterson, BHS '66, Pass Away March 5, 2014

Just received this email from Pam Kirkwood... our prayers are with Marilyn's family...

We are sad to say that this morning, we learned of the passing of Marilyn Peterson BHS '1966. Marilyn passed away last Wednesday, March 5th, in Escondido, CA after battling some health issues.

We have no information regarding any possible Memorial Services at this time.

Marilyn is survived by her two children Julie and Tyler and four grandsons.

Our prayers and sympathies go out to Marilyn's family...God Bless Her.

Sorry to hear this. My mother knew Marilyn's mother, Mary, when they were in college together in the late 1930's. Marilyn's brother, Mike Peterson, was BHS '69. I remember the family lived on Kenneth Rd. near Eton in Burbank.

I will always remember Marilyn as a young brown eyed beauty - dimples that wouldn't quit, turned up nose and an endearing smile. She was artistic and had a flair for decorating and handicrafts. She put others before herself. Marilyn's children and grandchildren exemplify her finest qualities. Rest in peace, Marilyn.

The world has lost a beautiful soul but the heaven's have gained an amazing angel. Sharon was my friend and I have wonderful memories of us growing up together on Niagra St. I feel a deep sadness because I did not know you were that sick. We talked a few days before you passed and I'm very happy about that. Sharon I know you are in a good place now and I will see you again. I send my love and respect to all the families and friends of Sharon. Xoxoxoxoxo
