Jana Lucille Jordan Guest, BHS '70 (1952-2021)

Jana Lucille Jordan Guest, BHS ‘70 
September 25, 1952 ~ January 29, 2021 

 Jana Jordan Guest, passed away on Friday night, January 29, 2021, at her home in Pahrump, Nevada, after a short illness of six weeks. Her loving partner, John Deahl (BHS '69), was with her when she passed away. 

When a Senior at BHS in 1969/1970 Jana was Head Majorette with the Band and Drill Team. Jana's first two years of college were at the University of Arizona in Tucson, and her last two years were at USC where she graduated. 

Jana grew up the youngest of three, with her older brothers, Jeffrey Jordan (BHS '65), and Judd Jordan (BHS '69). She attended Emerson Elementary, John Muir Junior High, and Burbank High School, graduating in 1970. She worked in the 1970's and 1980's in Glendale as a Bank Vice President, P.R. Director of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce, and in her own P.R. business. In 1990 she moved from Burbank to Ridgecrest, CA with her former husband. About 2013 she moved from Ridgecrest to Pahrump, Nevada.

Jackie Grumley Clark, BHS '65 (1947-2004)

Jackie Grumley Clark 
June 22, 1947 - February 2, 2004 

Jackie Grumley Clark passed away in 2004 at the young age of 54 years. She graduated from BHS in 1965 and her sister, Bobbi, graduated in 1966. Their father was William Grumley (1925-1985) and their mother was Rose Marie Scida Grumley (1926-1997). 

Jackie was the personal secretary to actor John Wayne while her mother was the personal secretary to actor Chuck Connors. 

RIP Jackie.

Mike Donohue, BHS '62, Passed Away December 2020

Today, Donald Matthews posted the following on Facebook: 

I'm sad to let folks know that the Class of '62 lost a member a couple of weeks ago. Mike Donohue passed away after a sudden illness. Mike was always full of life and ready to joke and banter with you regardless the subject! A great golfer and over the years I only beat him ONCE! RIP, my friend. We'll miss you on the links.

According to Mike's Facebook page, after graduating from BHS in 1962, he studied Accountancy at California State University, Northridge and graduated in 1969. He lived in in Roseville, California.
