YOU'RE INVITED TO THE BULLDOG LUNCHEON TOMORROW!

The luncheon is always held the first Monday of the month unless it is a holiday, and then it will be the following Monday. The costs is $12.00 for your choice of Chicken/beef or veggie entree, dessert and iced tea or coffee. (If you want a salad you have to get there early!) It also includes tax and tip. The luncheon starts at 11:30 A.M., However most people start coming shortly before 11:00 A.M. It is held at the Burbank Elks Lodge located at 2232 N. Hollywood Way in Burbank.



You never know who you will run into. I was just looking at the newsletters and see the attendees range from the graduating class of 44 through 72. We even get some people from John Burroughs. I just happened to pick up the July paper and saw that Don Melton was there. I remember he was sitting next to me and chatting away as he always does. We will be thinking of him at our meeting and pray that he will make and full recovery.

Most meetings are just an opportunity to get together and chit chat or reconnect as we all like to do. Often we will have a 5 minute update from either the Principal of BHS and or the Athletic Director. In May we will be presenting our scholarship awards and will have a special Cinco de Mayo luncheon which is always fun. This year we will be awarding nine $1,000 scholarships to BHS students.

No reservations are necessary, we would love to see all of you that live locally or are in town!
