Janice Gayle Barron Dareau
February 10, 1952 - May 16, 2022
We are very sad to share that Jan Barron Dareau passed peacefully from a stroke on Monday, May16, 2022 at 2:30 am in Santa Cruz with her husband Danny by her side.
Jan grew up in Burbank on Elmwood Avenue with parents Roy Barron (1915-1972) and Blanche Garver Barron (1920-2012) and sisters Joyce Marie Barron Couper, BHS '63 and Jeanne Louise Barron Aikman, BHS '67.
RIP Janice. You will be greatly missed by many...

Thank you Cathy for posting this news about Jan. I haven’t been able to compose myself much less a statement that encompasses the beauty of her life and the depth of our loss. Janice was a bright light in our lives and truly cherished. She was a loyal sister, wife, auntie and friend. She is forever in my heart 💖 Jeanne
