OBITUARY

Randee Campbell Huston died peacefully at her home on January 17, 2022, with family and dear friends at her bedside. After a long hospitalization, she lost her battle with kidney disease and congestive heart failure.

Randee was born on June 29, 1947, to parents Betty and Bill Campbell, and was raised in Burbank, California, graduating from Burbank High School in 1965. Bill Campbell was a boat builder and in 1971, moved his business, Campbell Boats, from Glendale, California to Lake Havasu City, Arizona, taking his entire family with him.

Randee and her husband, Michael Huston, were partners in their business, Huston Marine, where Mike, a master mechanic, was known as the guy who could make things go “fast forward”. Michael died in 2019.

Randee was affectionately known by her friends as the ‘funmeister’. She had a ready sense of humor and a personal warmth that put others at ease and was the first to offer a cold beer on a hot day.

She is survived by her stepdaughter Keli Bryant, sister, Robyn Campbell Morrow, niece Carrie Kennedy, and close cousins Deborah Morrow, Maisie Morrow Jones and Ian Andrews.

There will be informal celebrations of Randee’s life on the weekend of May 14-15 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
