Steve Howland
February 17, 1950 - March 24, 1977
Born in Virginia, Steve grew up in Burbank and was an avid surfer. While in the Santa Barbara area checking out the surf one night, he slid on ice plant, hit his head on the storm drain and tragically, broke his neck.
We know of two brothers: Ken, BHS '64 and Dave, BHS '75.
His classmates all miss him and are sad that he left us so young.
