More sad news... Trudie Lombard Hentze received the following email from Tim's wife:
Trudie,
Just to let you know that Tim passed away on 9/17/2018 in a Hospice facility.
He went peacefully in his sleep. He had been sick for a while.
Can you please pass this note on to any interested parties?
